The Project Scope: Each year The Shoprite Group launches an employee initiative that rewards all staff members for their hard work, dedication and customer support. The theme each year also changes and 2020 supposedly to be the World Olympics, we thought this would be a fitting theme to get the staff excited for the years events.
Ideation: To create excitement for staff around the launch of Super Service Awards 2020 across brands in cost-effective ways. We designed a series of print collateral that would coincide with various decorations in stores.
